- Taking stakeholders on the journey so that when the solution is delivered they are ready to use it.
- Implementing change management techniques that rely on advocates to aid the transition. For example, find a user in the business who has a need and who can be helped by the project. Afterwards, leverage their experience to overcome any hurdles and to advocate on behalf of the project.
- Engaging with the existing support team so that any concerns are addressed and they are ready to maintain the solution when delivered.
